To foreigners want to offer "the agreement on loyalty"

It is offered to foreigners at entry into Russian Federation to accept the obligations which violation can lead to loss of the right for stay in the country. "The agreement on loyalty" forbids them to discredit foreign and domestic policy of the country, its authorities, to deny family values and carelessly to treat environment. The bill developed Ministries of Internal Affairs, did not arrive yet in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, but already causes questions as it will be applied.
