In SGYuA do not see need for adoption of the new Constitution of Russia

In Regional Duma of Saratov today, on November 30, passed the constitutional readings devoted to the 30 anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. As the rector of SGYuA Catherina Ilgova declared, in educational institution do not support idea of creation of the new Constitution of Russia though such ideas sound in scientific community. According to her, at the today's Constitution "the huge potential" and it needs to be developed that as Catherina Ilgova considers, and occurs.
