In Bakchar district Tomsk Region before court will appear the rural inhabitant having debt on payment of the alimony on the maintenance of the daughter in the sum more than 1,6 million rubles

Prosecutor's office of the Bakchar district of the Tomsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 38-year-old local resident. She is accused according to p.1 Art. 157 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children). According to inquiry, with accused since 2009 on the basis of the judgment the alimony on the maintenance of the minor daughter concerning whom it is deprived of the parental rights is collected.
