The president of NPAO took part in the conference devoted to the 30 anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation

On November 16-19 at law department of the Amur state the International scientific and practical conference "Constitutionalism in the modern state took place: results and prospects". Scientific action was organized at the initiative of chair of a constitutional law FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "AMURSKY STATE UNIVERSITY", FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "AMGU", AMURSK STATE UNIVERSITY, AMGA and devoted to two anniversaries: to 30-year anniversary of Constitution of the Russian Federation and to the 30 anniversary of law department.
