Exercises: Key to increase of cognitive functions after a bad dream

The new research conducted by scientists from Universities of Portsmouth (United Kingdom), showed that physical exercises can effectively compensate the decrease in cognitive functions caused by an uneasy dream. The research including two experiments with participation of 12 healthy adults, gives valuable information on advantage of physical exercises for our organism even at low level of oxygen.
