The first deputy prosecutor of Republic of Tatarstan Zaika Aleksey approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 48-year-old head the transport companies "Alpha Track". He is accused according to p.1 Art. 199 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (evasion of taxes of the large size). According to the investigators, from January of the 2018th to June, 2020 the defendant evaded from payment of taxes by entering into reporting documentation obviously false data on financial and economic activities with 33 contractors.
