In several municipal archives Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District came to the end projects on creation of information resource on the basis of electronic copies of documents of a constant period of storage. So, from funds of municipal archive City administration of Noyabrsk was digitized and loaded into GIS EA system about 880 cases — these are more than 136 000 sheets. The massif represented archival documents of a constant period of storage of the A4 format, and also non-standard documents of a format from A6 to A0.
