In Saint Petersburg will forbid to demolish buildings, possessing monument signs
In Saint Petersburg are going to impose a ban on demolition of objects which possess signs of a cultural heritage. On November 29 the Legislative assembly adopted the bill in the first reading. The initiative was developed by group of deputies: member of Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko" Boris Vishnevsky and representatives of "United Russia" Party Valery Nikolaevich Garnets, Khodosok Alexander, Mikhail Ivanovich Baryshnikov and Belikov Vsevolod.
