Supreme Court of the Russian Federation decided to uphold decisions of three judicial instances which in claim Open joint-stock company "Promsvyazbank" claimed solidary more than 91,2 billion rubles of damages from three respondents – ex-beneficiaries of the credit organization of brothers Ananyev and their companies Promsvyaz Capital B.V (Netherlands).
