Team of the Swedish scientists from Umeo's University Umeå together with colleagues from Denmark and China developed a method of productions organic semiconductors from birch leaves. Their scientific work is published in the Green Chemistry (GC) magazine. Usually organic semiconductors make of petrochemical connections and rare metals, for example, of platinum and iridium.
