State Assembly – Kurultai Republic of Bashkortostan introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill, suggesting to certify notarially contract donations where the donator and the donee are not relatives each other. The initiative is urged to protect elderly citizens and the people who have got under influence of swindlers.
