In new regions will specify rules of purpose of penalties for speculators

In Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson Region and Zaporizhia Oblast suggested to specify an order of attraction to administrative responsibility for overestimate of the prices and the tariffs established by regional regulations. Such amendments made to the bill adopted by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the second reading on November 28. Amendments were prepared by the member of Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on State construction and Legislation Nicholas Gavrilovich Brykin.
