Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Khakassia approved the indictment on criminal case concerning 14 locals. Depending on a role and extent of participation they are accused on chch. 2, 3 Art. 210 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (organization of criminal community or participation in it), h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the illegal cabin of forest plantings), h. 5 Art. 33, h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (complicity in the illegal cabin of forest plantings).
