The inhabitant of Zelenodolsk will appear before court for theft from shop

Zelenodolsk village Gorodskoye village prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 40-year-old local. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (theft). According to the investigators, in the evening on September 26, 2023 accused, having been drunk, being in a trading floor of Sportmaster shop in Shopping Center Mirnyi in Zelenodolsk, secretly stole man's sneakers worth more than 5 thousand rubles and disappeared. The person involved admitted the guilt, to him chose a measure of restraint in the form of recognizance not to leave and appropriate behavior.
