From December 1 to December 17, 2023 on an initiative and with support of the patron Komarov Andrey there will take place the XX children's charitable theatrical Snowiness festival in 8 cities: Chelyabinsk, Ozyorsk, Yekaterinburg, Pervouralsk, Almetyevsk, Izhevsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and, for the first time, in Veliky Novgorod. The festival purpose — to attach to the world of art and to inspire children from socially unprotected families, orphanages and rehabilitation centers.
