District court of the Gornomariysky district of the Mari El Republic obliged the owner of the heavy vehicle to pay Mari El Republic. The legal entity, being the owner of the truck, transported heavy freight without special permission and exceeded a maximum permissible indicator on axial loading of the vehicle more than for 50 percent - on 2,920 tons.
