The deputy prosecutor Kaliningrad Region Bezdenezhny Vasilii approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 55-year-old inhabitant Gusev. He is accused on h. 2 Art. 213 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (hooliganism), h. 2 Art. 318 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violence application concerning the authority), h. 2 Art. 167 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (deliberate damage of someone else's property).
