On November 23, 2023 in Administration Zavetnoe district according to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 2 March 2007 No. 25-FZ "On Municipal Services", the regional law "About Municipal Service to Rostov Region", for definition of a professional standard, compliance of municipal employees to replaced positions, there took place certification of municipal employees.
