According to Economic Daily and Sanli News, the large supplier of components of hard disks on Taiwan dismissed a great number of employees and is going to be closed. As approves the Tom's Hardware resource, the problem supplier is Resonac which was the large producer of the thin films used on a surface of hard disks. In September of 40 companies, Hsinchu on Taiwan, were dismissed by 165 employees. In October of 48 companies dismissed 496 workers.
