To Kazan there takes place a ceremony "Bilbau's Three-copecks piece" rewardings of the best athletes and trainers among federations which are included into LLC "RSBI" (RSBI). At the All-Russian level it is supervised by the deputy head of Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko, the union supervises more than 100 fighting disciplines.
