On November 26 – the Constitution day of Abkhazia. 29 years ago, on November 26, 1994 at session of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia the 12th convocation the basic law of Abkhazia was adopted. The constitution of RA was approved by national vote on October 3, 1999 on November 26 to Abkhazia it is considered the festive day off.
