On November 24 to regional saving department with working visit there arrived the chief Glavnogo of managements fire protection Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters the lieutenant general of internal service Valentine Nikolaevich Nelyubov. It was met by the chief Glavnogo of managements Head department of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters on the Tula region Aleksey Pavlov. Valentine Nikolaevich Nelyubov and Aleksey Pavlov assigned flowers to the monument devoted by the firefighter, died in fight against elements which is on a facade of regional saving department.
