To Novgorod Region passed a special session after snowfall

Novgorod Region. The emergency meeting of the commission on the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and to ensuring fire safety to Novgorod Region was carried out by the governor Andrey Nikitin. The main subject of discussion was devoted to consequences of a heavy snowfall.
