Introduction of process model in the centers of Portal gosudarstvennykh uslug helped to improve client service

Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the pilot project on introduction at Offices "Moi dokumenty" of basic process model. She assumes improvement of work of the centers of Portal gosudarstvennykh uslug for improvement of client service. 12 regions participated in "pilot". The results of the project were summed up at conference in Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, on November 23-24). The venue of action is chosen not casually: center of state services Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District the first in Russian Federation tested basic process model then start was given to the pilot project.
