The speaker of the Libyan parliament Agila Salekh Issa declared that the relations between Lybia and Russian Federation are at very high level. He noted in conversation from Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" that Moscow recognizes legality of the public authorities elected by the Libyan people.
