Military NATO it is necessary to give the chance to move freely over the block countries on a case of the military conflict to Russian Federation, the head of logistic command of alliance Alexander Zolfranc declared on November 23 in interview of information agency "Reuters". In his opinion, now it is complicated because of bureaucratic delays. Zolfrank suggested to create in Europe "military Schengen" — a zone of free movement for military. "We have not enough time.
