November 23: and again there is an occasion …

On November 23 the International day of a water color is celebrated. The Mexican artist Alfredo Guati Rojo became the initiator of establishment of a holiday. It, being the outstanding artist-aquarellist, and also convinced that the water color is capable not worse than painting by oil to transfer beauty of the world, in the 1991st year suggested to spend the International day of a water color annually on November 23.
