In Saratov Region on defaulters of the alimony opened more than 700 criminal cases

In Saratov Region in January-September, 2023 brought 759 criminal cases against debtors according to the alimony. The chief of regional government of Federal service told about it today during the report in region duma judicial pristavovilya Ilya Nikolaevich Reshetnyak. Criminal cases are brought according to Art. 157 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents). Besides, for the same period initiated 1397 administrative proceedings on Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences on similar structure of violation.
