YEREVAN, on November 22. / ARCH/. The commission on regulation of public services of Armenia agreed to issue and placement of JSC Elektroseti Armenii of bonds for the maximum sum of $80 million. The relevant decision was made at meeting of Krou Sergei on Wednesday. Issue of bonds is planned for attraction of additional financial means on rather low and stable interest rate for the purpose of refinancing of available credit obligations and (or) realization planned by investment programs of the company of capital expenses.
