In the Southern transport prosecutor's office the personal reception of citizens which carried out the Southern transport prosecutor Gennady Kruk and the Commissioner for Human Rights to Rostov Region Kharkovsky Anatoly Ivanovich took place. The addresses which have arrived during reception concerned questions of observance of the pension legislation, the rights of consumers when rendering services in transportation of passengers by rail, ensuring transport safety, an order of customs registration, and also legality of actions of staff of bodies of preliminary investigation.
