On November 23 in Tomsk the concert Diana Arbenina which had to take place in Sports palace will not take place. On November 22 it became known that the concert is cancelled. As declared in regional department of culture, Diana Arbenina cancelled performance because of population complaints. Diana Arbenina was born in 1974 in the city of Volozhin of the Minsk region Belarusian the Soviet Socialist Republic, being the little girl, together with parents, moved to Far North.
