The Minister of Defence of Armenia Suren Papikyan will not take part in meetings within ODKB in Minsk. The press secretary of department told Aram Torosyan. "The Minister of Defence of Armenia will not participate in ODKB meetings in Minsk" — he reported. Earlier Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan became known of refusal of participation in the summit of ODKB of the prime minister of Armenia.
