Rosselkhozbank (RSHB) submitted to Arbitration court of Moscow the claim to the American JP Morgan Chase Bank, follows from a card file of lawsuits. From materials follows that the claim submitted on November 20. At the moment it is considered in the first instance. The third party in business specified Russian "daughter" of JP Morgan – commercial bank "by J. Morgan P. bank International", and the respondent – JP Morgan Chase Bank.
