Russians became interested in housing purchase in Hungary and in Cyprus

Russians in 2023 began a thicket to buy real estate in Cyprus and in Hungary. About it reports RIA Novosti news agency with reference to data of analysts of NF Group. It is noted that demand for real estate at citizens of Russia was displaced on these two countries from Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Also Russians began to buy more often housing in Greece and Indonesia. The most part of buyers acquire housing for the sake of receiving residence permit and nationality.
