Ninth arbitration appeal court supported subordinate instance which refused to PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ROSBANK, asking to arrest property of Finnish of Nordea Bank ABP and its Russian "daughter" LLC "INDUSTRIAL COMPANY "VESTKON" in limits more than 14,3 million euros (about 1,4 billion rubles at a current rate).
