The Gaysky city court considered a civil case in the claim Alena Mordovina (data of the parties are changed) about definition of an order of using by premises. It is established that in property of three sisters there is a three-room apartment, thus Alena Mordovina – 17/45 shares belong, and the third owner gave the 4/45 shares to using to the claimant.
