Opening of a festival took place in the Big hall of a new Movie center "Mosfilm". At a ceremony to the cameraman Klimenko Youri awarded the prize "For an Outstanding Contribution to Development of the Independent Film". The festival of short films "Artkino" opened in Moscow.
