A court role in regulation of economic activity

Judges and workers of the office of the Second arbitration appellate court took part in the international scientific and practical conference of the Russian state university of justice. The large conference held by the Russian state university of justice on November 17, was devoted to value of court in regulation of economic activity. This subject, according to organizers, is actual taking into account a role of vessels in permission of economic disputes.
