ISS – 25 years in an orbit!

The question of the joint international project at representatives of the Russian space agency and NASA stood on discussion since the beginning of the 90th years, and already on September 2, 1993 the Russian Prime Minister Victor Stepanovich Chernomyrdin and the Vice President of the United States Albert Arnold Gor-mladshy signed "The joint statement on cooperation in space".
