Moscow. November 20. INTERFAX.RU - the Former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili addressed to the incumbent president Salome Zurabishvili with an appeal to use the right and to pardon it. "Salome Zurabishvili can use the right about pardon and with the stroke of the pen return to my children of the father and restore political balance in Georgia.
