In the capital Chechen Republic took place opening of the Moscow State University (MSU) of a name of M. V. Lomonosov. In action took part Chapter Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko, the Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in North Caucasus federal district Yury Chaika, the rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University Victor Antonovich Sadovnichy.
