The Kaluga experiment on realization of a state policy concerning the Cossacks is presented at the All-Russian seminar

On November 17 in Moscow the III All-Russian seminar meeting "The Russian Cossacks" took place. In its work active part was taken by delegation Kaluga Region headed by the deputy governor Vasilii Alekseevich Bykadorov. As the organizer of annual action Federal agency for nationalities together with ALL-RUSSIAN COSSACK ASSOCIATION acts.
