Investigators the Astrakhan SK found out that from 2020 to 2022 Agency for Management of Government Property of the Astrakhan region on auction real estates got in the secondary market apartments for orphan children and children without parental support. Agency and the commercial organization was concluded by state contracts on purchase apartments.
