Tver accepts delegation from the twin-city Orsha

In Tver region Gorodskoye Thought there took place an official meeting with delegation of the Belarusian twin-city Orsha. "Our cooperation successfully develops, we exchange experience and we hold joint events in different spheres – culture, education and economy.
