The executive director Sakharov Eugenie and the chairman of the Joint trade-union organization EuroChem-Volgakaliya Victor Glushchenko signed the collective contract for 2024 - 2026. In contract, concluded for three years, make a reservation not only the rights and duties of the employer and workers, but also additional, in comparison with established by the legislation, social privileges voluntary assumed EuroChem-Volgakaliyem and guarantees to the employees.
