Transbaikalia Territory's Court on appeal representation of prosecutor's offices considered criminal case concerning the 34-year-old inhabitant Duldurga district, condemned according to p.1 Art. 307 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (giving obviously false testimonies of the victim in court).
