Release of the network Wireshark 4.2 analyzer

The release of a new stable branch of the network Wireshark 4.2 analyzer is published. Let's remind that initially the project developed under the name Ethereal, but in 2006 because of the conflict to the owner of the Ethereal trademark, developers were compelled to rename the project into Wireshark.
