Competition is carried out under patronage of Embassy of the Russian Federation in Republic of Bulgaria, with support FUND "RUSSKY MIR" and with assistance of Representation federal agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots living abroad, and on International humanitarian cooperation in Republic of Bulgaria.
