The constitutional court will ask to explain the decision on daily rent housing

Deputies have a right to appeal to the Constitutional court behind an explanation of its position. It was declared by the chairman of the Commission of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on ensuring the housing rights of citizens Galina Khovanskaya on November 15 in the press center "Parlamentskaya gazeta". Earlier State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading the bill of need of observance of the rights of neighbors at short-term hiring of premises.
