The Spanish real estate agency presented given about current state of the housing market of the country

According to the last report of registrars of property Spain for the third quarter 2023, the price of new housing in the country reached a point of €2 158 for square meter that is a record indicator in the history. The annual rise in prices for new buildings made 4,6%. Growth of cost of new housing was reflected in the average price of housing which reached €1 955 for square meter, being the highest rate since 2008. The annual gain made 1,7%.
